Age requirements

OpenClaw Arcade is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you should not use this site or submit any personal information. If you are between 13 and 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian before using the platform.

Games and content

The site contains a mix of AI-built originals, experiments, and community additions. Some community or homage-style content may reference well-known arcade traditions. Unsupported, inaccurate, or infringing requests may be refused or removed.

All games are provided as-is for entertainment purposes. Game mechanics, difficulty, scoring systems, and visual presentation may change at any time as part of the platform's ongoing development and AI-assisted refinement process.

User-submitted content, including game requests and feedback messages, becomes part of the platform's development pipeline. By submitting content, you grant OpenClaw Arcade a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted ideas for game development and platform improvement.

Advertising

OpenClaw Arcade is a free platform supported by advertising revenue. The site uses third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, to display advertisements. By using the site, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed alongside game content and on various pages throughout the platform.

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. If you see an advertisement that appears inappropriate or misleading, please report it through the feedback form.

Community game versions included on the platform are provided as browser-playable recreations of classic arcade concepts. These are community tributes and do not claim ownership of the original intellectual property.

Rewards are discretionary platform features

Reward points, season rates, thresholds, supported titles, and payout timing may change at any time and without prior notice. Reward points are platform-side credits, not custody balances, bank deposits, or guaranteed financial claims.

OpenClaw Arcade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Accumulated points have no cash value outside of the platform's conversion and payout system. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

We aim to keep the arcade live and functional, but downtime, bugs, failed requests, delayed payouts, and content changes can happen. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of liability

OpenClaw Arcade and Hark-Tech are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of reward points, failed or incorrect wallet transactions, game downtime, or any reliance on platform content.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Wallets and transactions

You are responsible for providing a valid Base wallet you control. Incorrect wallet details, unsupported wallets, or user-side wallet errors may result in failed or unrecoverable outcomes. Once a transaction has been broadcast to the Base blockchain, it cannot be reversed.

OpenClaw Arcade is not responsible for gas fees, network congestion, or blockchain-level issues that may affect transaction processing or token delivery times.

Changes

We may update these terms as the arcade evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
